50 Years in 2012

Charlotte Deveau, CDP

Sister Charlotte entered the Community from East Bridgewater, Ma., from the parish of St. John. While in high school, she became acquainted with one of the younger members of the Sisters of Divine Providence and attended retreats offered by the Sisters in Kingston for young women.

Ruth Ann McDermott, CDP

Sister Ruth Ann McDermott, formerly Sister Valentine, entered religious life from St. Catherine of Siena parish in Pittsburgh. She credits the Sisters of Divine Providence who ministered at Divine Providence Hospital, where she volunteered during her high school years, with influencing her vocation, especially Sister Mary Alice Nebel.

Rose Anne Krantz, CDP

Sister Rose Anne Krantz, formerly Sister Thaddine, entered religious life from St. Joseph parish in Dover, Oh. From the time she and her siblings were little, they were encouraged to do good by their parents’ actions more than their words.
